Carrie Underwood is having a big year.  Baby announcements, awards, new music, hosting awards shows and now…a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Just in case you need this for a future Jeopardy question, Carrie’s star will be the 2,646 star in the history of the legendary Hollywood  Walk of Fame.  Simon Cowell will be there at the unveiling, as well as Carrie’s buddy Brad Paisley, with whom Carrie will co-host the CMA Awards in November.  Underwood joins the Country ranks other sidewalk stars like Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw and Shania Twain.  Yes, there is a Hollywood website and it will be streaming the Walk of Fame event on September 20^th here.

Luke Bryan has his 21st No. 1 single of his career, “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset" scored the top spot this week.  Luke has been on a roll lately with the official opening of his brand new bar and restaurant, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, in Nashville!  The Grand Opening included Luke playing a free live show outside his new place…in front of the 30,000 fans that showed up!   But, we’re not done yet…Luke has officially started his new record label called 32 Bridge Entertainment.  As soon as Luke’s current tour ends this month, his Farm Tour begins…then it’s the 2018-19 version of the Crash My Playa party in Mexico.  Ok, now we’re done.
