Kane's "Krazy" New Truck

Kane Brown bought a new truck…and it is ridiculous!  Kane posted this and a few other photos to his Instagram account.  The lift on this baby has got to be…Idk…four to five feet?!  Let’s put it this way, there’s an optional elevator to get up to the cab!  Insane.  Depending on where this truck is...Kane has a house in Tennesee and in Georgia...the lift law in Tennessee is 31" and this truck is way higher than that.

Kane has had a big month, scoring three AMA awards, getting married to his long time love and announcing a big headlining tour - the Live Forever Tour - that kicks off January 10th.

New Jon Pardi video debuts on...ESPN?!

Jon Pardi debuted his new video for "Night Shift" on ESPN as the lead-in to last weekend's Texas Tech at TCU college football game.  In the new video for the “working man’s love song,” Pardi drives a semi-truck into downtown Nashville, swapping shifts with a trucker before he continues on to perform with his band on the back of the semi-tractor trailer.

Not a bad marketing idea for Pardi since “Night Shift” will be heard during night games college football telecasts on ESPN networks throughout the rest of the season.
“College football is my favorite sport, so being able to incorporate that with my music is really cool. Football fans are big country music fans, and they are the ones coming out to the shows and standing in the rain, crowd surfing or just waiting to get into the concert to have fun! This is a big debut and a big game, especially around Texas and it’s something that I’ll never forget,” says Pardi. Jon Pardi is coming to Sonoma County.  He'll be performing live in Sonoma County this fall at Graton Resort & Casino November 2, in Rohnert Park.  The Pardi show has been sold out for weeks.

Coffey Park Comes Together a Year Later

Tonight at 7pm Coffey Park comes together for a One Year Rememberance and gathering that opens with calming violins and cello music. A 'Circle of Remembrance and Hope' happens just before 7:30.   Neighbors of Coffey Park will also have a brief get together till the conclusion at around 8pm.

--

The event happens on the West side of the Hopper and Coffey intersection. Hopper Ave. will be closed to traffic from Coffey Lane to Mocha from 6-9PM. The website  https://coffeystrong.com/

recommends parking near your property (if you live in the area) and walking over to the gathering, or parking on Mocha Lane or along Hopper Ave. west of Mocha.

The event is a remembrance, a healing, an honoring, all for fire victims…and a thank you for first responders in Sonoma County and Santa Rosa.

Good guy Brad Paisley gives back

Brad Paisley and his wife Kimberly are working with Belmont University to open a "modern food pantry" in Nashville. They're calling it The Store.  It will have fresh and nonperishable groceries for people in need.  It is a new kind of food bank.  “This is a grocery store with dignity for people who have fallen on hard times,” said Paisley, president of The Store’s board of trustees.  It's designed to look and works like a free grocery store. Kimberly said, "Ultimately we want to do job training for employees and education about nutrition, so people are making healthy choices."

After taking their young sons to volunteer at the similarly organized Unity Shoppe in Santa Barbara, Brad and his wife got the idea that they could launch the same concept in Nashville.  Paisley explained it was near Thanksgiving and his wife thought their children were acting spoiled, so they brought their kids to the store to show them that there were many people in the world living with much less. What an awesome idea. This is exactly why Brad Paisley is so well liked in the music business.

In addition to groceries, The Store also plans to set up a toy aisle over the holidays. Throughout the year, they will accept donations of new, unopened toys. At Christmas, families can shop from those items to ensure children receive the toys on their wishlist.  The Paisley’s have a property picked out and hope to break ground in 2019 on this idea. Here's the website http://www.thestore.org/
