WIN A RIDE ON THE BULL Official Contest Rules

Win A Ride On The Bull (the “Contest”) is sponsored by radio station KBBL-FM, a.k.a. 106.3 The Bull (“Station”), an affiliate of Redwood Empire Stereocasters (collectively “Sponsor”). The Contest is administered by the Sponsor and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the contest administrator.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a valid U.S. Social Security number or Tax Identification Number. Participants and winner(s) must reside within Sonoma County, California and be able to show proof of such residency. No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors and any third party prize provider(s) and their affiliated entities and affiliated advertising agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"); individuals affiliated with other media outlets in Sonoma County; and members of the immediate families (spouse and biological, adoptive or step-parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Limit of one prize winner per household.

Contest Period: Contest will begin on Monday, 9/24/2018 and end at the Giveaway Event on Saturday, 11/17/2018.

How to Participate:

Step One: Be awarded a Key Code. This is a unique 9-digit code that will be provided to each qualifier (the “Contestants”) by the Station. A minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 Key Codes will be awarded during the Contest Period. One Key Code per person. Contestants may be awarded a Key Code in one of several ways:

A.) Song of the Day Contests: To enter, listen for the Station to announce a particular song weekday mornings between 7:00am and 7:30am Pacific Time during the Contest Period (the “Song”), the time (or time range) and the day when the playing of such Song will be considered a Contest play, and the designated caller number for the chance to win when such Contest play occurs (i.e., the 10th caller to the Station when the Song(s) next play(s) will get a Key Code). The Station will start taking calls as soon as the designated Song starts to play. To be a valid Contest play: (1) the Song must be played in its entirety on the Station (i.e., not a song clip or hook or a portion of a song used in an intro, promotional announcement or advertisement); and (2) the Song must play at the time (or within the time range) and on the day as announced by Station. No other play of such Song will be a valid Contest play. Only the Song as performed by the specific artist named in the announcement will qualify as a winning opportunity. Each Song of the Day Contest winner will receive a Key Code.

B.) Random Drawings from Online Registrations. One or more Online Drawings will be conducted during the Contest Period. Entry Period for each Online Drawing will be posted with the registration form on the Station website and announced on the Station. To enter, log on to www.1063TheBull.com and click the Win A Ride On The Bull banner to launch the Contest Page. Next, when active during an Entry Period, click on the Key Code registration form. You will be prompted to include your name, email address and phone number so we can contact you if you are chosen to receive a Key Code. One entry per person per Entry Period only. Multiple entries submitted by a single person during an Entry Period, whether from one e-mail address or multiple e-mail addresses shall render all of such person’s entries void and ineligible. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. One or more names will be randomly selected from all entries in each Online Drawing and will receive a Key Code.

C.) Random Selections at Truck Appearances. One or more Truck Appearances will take place during the Contest Period within Sonoma County, California. Exact day, time and location of each Truck Appearance will be announced on the Station and posted on the Contest Page online in advance of each event. One person physically in attendance at each Truck Appearance will receive a Key Code either by random drawing or through a simple game of chance.

Step Two: Attend the Giveaway Event. Contestants must be physically present at Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa (the “Dealership”) during the Giveaway Event to be eligible to win prizes. Giveaway Event will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 1:00pm at Dealership located at 2727 Dowd Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. The day/time/location of the Giveaway Event is subject to change and, in such case, the new day/time/location of the Giveaway Event will be communicated to all Contestants at least 48 hours in advance of when the actual Giveaway Event takes place.

Prizes:

A) Grand Prize is a 24-month lease of a New 2018 Ram 1500 Express Crew Cab 4X4 Truck from Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa and will be awarded to one (1) winner.  Vehicle Identification Number is 3C6RR7KT1JG197780. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of vehicle is $ 46,575. Invoice Number is J-DS6-40275109. Prize consists of one payment for a vehicle lease for the term of twenty-four (24) months, 10,000 miles per year (20,000 miles total). Grand Prize value is $15,463 as of 9/24/18. Dealership pays one-time documentation fee. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL OTHER LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES ON THE PRIZE, AS WELL AS TITLE AND LICENSE FEES. A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF THESE TAXES AND FEES IS $3000. ACTUAL AMOUNT DEPENDS ON CITY OF RESIDENCE. WINNER MUST BE QUALIFIED BY CHRYSLER CAPITAL (visit https://chryslercapital.com/dealers/faqs for more information) AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING ALL TERMS OF LEASE AGREEMENT INCLUDING INSURANCE AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCESS MILEAGE GREATER THAN 20,000 MILES FOR THE LEASE TERM AT COST OF $0.25 PER MILE. The Grand Prize must be redeemed from a Dealership representative within 7 days of the contest Giveaway Event. If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute such prize with another prize of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

B) Alternatively, the Grand Prize winner may elect to receive a one-time cash payment of $10,000 from the Dealership. If the Grand Prize winner chooses the cash alternative instead of the vehicle lease, this decision must be documented in writing and delivered to a Dealership representative within 7 days of the contest Giveaway Event. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AND ALL LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES ON THE CASH PRIZE.

C) Each Finalist that does not win the Grand Prize will be awarded a miscellaneous Consolation Prize, provided courtesy of a third party prize provider, with a minimum retail value of $500.

D) Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees, and by accepting the Grand Prize or the alternative cash payment, the Prize Winner agrees, to release, indemnify and hold harmless Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives (“the Released Parties”) from and against any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense that the Released Parties may suffer as a result of any claims, suits, demands, actions, causes of action (“Claims”), penalties, expenses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (“Losses”), whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may be made or had against the Released Parties arising from or in connection with the Contest, including, but not limited to, all such Claims and Losses arising from: 1) any prize won; 2) the negligence, reckless acts, and/or intentional or willful misconduct by Entrants, any potential prize winner or the Prize Winner; 3) any injuries, death, damage to persons or property, losses, or other damage of any kind that the Entrants, any potential prize winner or the Prize Winner may sustain which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with their participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize, unless prohibited by law; and 4) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, misappropriation, false association, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action and/or breach of contract.

E) As a condition of entering the Contest, Prize Winner gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his/her name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Contest and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Any information Entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Contest or on a Contest winner’s list. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including, but not limited to: fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest.

F) Publicity. Entrants hereby grant to the Sponsor of the Contest, and/or Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa, unrestricted perpetual permission to use his or her name, voice, photograph or other likeness in any and all media now known or hereafter developed without compensation or notice, for any purpose, including, without limitation, the award of the Prize or publicizing the Contest, the Sponsor, Sponsor's publications, and/or Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa.

G) Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Lithia Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat of Santa Rosa in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

How to Win:

Through process of elimination, by having or not having certain randomly selected numbers within their Key Code, the field of Contestants in attendance at the Giveaway Event will be reduced to a maximum of Ten (10) Finalists. Each Finalist will then randomly choose an electronic Ram Truck key fob, one of which will be the key capable of starting the ignition of the Grand Prize truck. One by one, each Finalist will attempt to start the ignition until the winner is determined. Finalists that do not have the winning key will win one of several miscellaneous Consolation Prizes. One (1) Consolation Prize will be selected from all available by each of the Finalists in randomly drawn order. Odds of winning Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes are dependent upon the number of Key Codes awarded during the Contest Period and the number of Finalists chosen at the Giveaway Event. If 100 Key Codes are awarded: the odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 100; and, if there are 10 Finalists, the odds of winning a Consolation Prize are 1 in 10. If there are fewer Key Codes or Finalists, the odds of winning the Grand Prize and other prizes improve.

Acceptance of Prize: By accepting any prize, winner hereby agrees: (i) that all decisions of the Sponsor and Contest Entities with respect to the Contest are final and binding; (ii) to release the Sponsor and its respective parent companies and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from any and all claims in connection with the Contest and the award or use of the prize; and (iii) to allow the Sponsor to use their names, voices, photographs, likenesses, biographical material, in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation. The Contest Entities are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner, or any person claiming on behalf of such entrant or winner, for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Contest Entities’ control. Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a purpose. Sponsor will have no further obligation to any winner. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. All taxes, upgrades and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules as included in the prize are the responsibility of each winner. Sponsor and Contest Entities take no responsibility for prize winners’ tax liabilities. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. Consult your tax advisor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.

Conditions:  Contest Entities are NOT responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Notification of any contest changes, like day and time of Giveaway Event, are deemed to have occurred immediately upon the placing of a phone call or sending of an e-mail or any other form of communication the Sponsor or Contest Entities may use to contact the Contestants. By participating in the contest, Contestant gives Sponsor the right to contact them by email, phone or mail. No Sponsor or Contest Entity is obligated to leave voice mail, answering machine or any other form of message. The Contest Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a Contestant. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within the appropriate time stated within the rules or unless otherwise stated herein, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. Eligible Contestants agree as follows: All decisions of the judges will be final. By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that as between you, the Sponsor and Contest Entities, the decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest; (c) that you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) that in the event you do not comply with the rules, you will be disqualified. Sponsor in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select an alternate winner of any prize in the event of disqualification. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be receipt acknowledged or returned. Contest may be discontinued at any time without notice. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure or inability to participate in the contest, whether due to telephone difficulties, radio reception difficulties, internet difficulties, internet service provider difficulties, any form of equipment malfunction, busy lines, or as a result of any other cause whatsoever. A list of winners will be available at the conclusion of the contest. To request the list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Station at P.O. Box 100, Santa Rosa CA 95402, within 90 days of the announced end date of the contest. Facebook, Inc. and www.facebook.com (collectively “Facebook”) are not affiliated with the Station or this contest. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated by or associated with Facebook.

Tampering and Delivery Disclaimer The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who the Sponsor determines (in its discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with any part of the Contest; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, agents or representatives of the Sponsor; and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Official Rules.

Release By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against the Contest’s Sponsor and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto.

Compliance with Law: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS OF CALIFORNIA AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF THIS CONTEST ADJUDICATED IN ANY OTHER FORUM. IN NO EVENT WILL PARTICIPANT BE ENTITLED TO INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF OF ANY KIND, OR RESTRAIN THE CONTINUATION OF ANY CONTEST
